I have always been a creative individual with a passion for painting, design, fashion and beauty. Having previously completed a Fine Art degree I went on to do a professional training course in makeup and hair at Brushstroke, Shepperton Studios. Since training I’ve had the opportunity to work in various aspects of the industry, from Theatre and Fashion to TV and Short Film. Some of my career highlights so far include working at events such as Professional Beauty, Salon International, and London Fashion Week – I love the atmosphere and buzz of working at live events! I have also worked for some top brands within the luxury beauty industry, including Sisley, Lancôme, MAC, and Chanel, to name a few.

For me, making people look and feel great is one of the most rewarding aspects of working in the hair and beauty industry. I love helping to make people feel special, whether creating a unique bridal look or giving Mother of the Bride a makeover, I really enjoy being part of someone’s big day. Being creative and doing what I enjoy most whilst having the ability to make someone feel confident and beautiful is what I love most about my job! I only use high quality professional products in my kit to ensure longevity and a beautiful finish. I use my products in such a way that they enhance a bride’s natural beauty, ensuring that they look the best version of themselves on their special day!

I had my hair and makeup done by Alice on my wedding day. We did a trial prior and she was very professional and after showing some pictures knew exactly
what I wanted. She gives advice on what would look good but listens to your opinion. For my first look she put my hair up and for my second look I had my hair half up, braided and curled. I also loved the makeup; I am quite pale skinned and makeup is tricky on my skin but it looked stunning and had loads of compliments.
